In article 2(1) of the Medicines (Contact Lens Fluids and Other Substances) (Advertising and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1979f1 (interpretation), for the definition of “optician” substitute—
““optician” means a person whose name is entered in the register of optometrists or the register of dispensing opticians maintained under section 7 of the Opticians Act 1989;”.
