In the Rules relating to Injury or Disease of the Eye, 1999f1—
(a)
for the words “registered optician”, wherever they occur, substitute “registered optometrist or registered dispensing optician”; and
(b)
in rule 7, for the words “dispensing optician” substitute “registered dispensing optician” and for the words “ophthalmic optician” substitute “registered optometrist”.
