Paragraph 31 The General Social Care Council (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations 2001I1

In regulation 4(7) of the General Social Care Council (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations 2001^f1 (disqualification for appointment), for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d)

an optometrist or a dispensing optician whose name is entered in a register maintained under section 7 of the Opticians Act 1989;”.
