Paragraph 24 Traffic

(1)

No stage of the onshore transmission works may commence until for that stage the following have been submitted to and approved by the relevant highway authority in consultation with the relevant planning authority—

(a)

a construction traffic management plan which must be in accordance with the outline construction traffic management plan; and

(b)

a travel plan which must be in accordance with the outline travel plan.

(2)

The plans approved under sub-paragraph (1) must be implemented upon commencement of the relevant stage of the onshore transmission works.
