Paragraph 9 Kittiwake CIMP

The undertaker must notify the Secretary of State of—

(a)

completion of implementation of the artificial nesting measure;

(b)

payment of a financial contribution towards the establishment of compensation measures by another party referred to in paragraph 6(c); and

(c)

completion of implementation of collaborative measures referred to in paragraph 6(d).
