Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations:

  • “the Act” means the Outer Space Act 1986;

  • “further education” has the meaning given in section 41 of the Education Act 1944f1;

  • “higher education” means education provided by means of a course of any description mentioned in Schedule 6 to the Education Reform Act 1988f2;

  • “school” has the meaning given in section 114 of the Education Act 1944f3;

  • “university” has the same meaning as in the Education Reform Act 1988f4.
