In section 4–

(a)

in subsection (1) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the word “Governor”;

(b)

in subsection 2(c) after the words “United Kingdom” there shall be added the words “or the security of Hong Kong”;

(c)

in subsection (3) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the words “Governor in Council”; and

(d)

in subsection 3(d) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the word “Governor”.
