Section 15 Power to Hebdomadal Council to make rules for regulation of its own proceedings.

Subject to the provisions of this Act, and without prejudice to the rights of Congregation and Convocation in the making of statutes for the University of Oxford, the Hebdomadal Council shall have power to make, from time to time, rules for the regulation of its own proceedings, and to revise the regulations and register herein-before directed to be made by the Vice-Chancellor.
