Regulation 5 Meaning of “relevant work”
In this Part, “relevant work” means any work which involves—
(a)
recovering, recycling, reclaiming or destroying controlled substances; or
(b)
preventing or minimising the leakage of controlled substances other than work with methyl bromide.
