The Legislative and Regulatory Reform (Regulatory Functions) Order 2007f1 is amended as follows.

In Part 3 of the Schedule, under the heading “Environment”, omit the entry “The Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 2003” and after the last entry insert “The Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 2015”.
