Article 12 Operational land for purposes of Town and Country Planning Act 1990I1

Development consent granted by this Order must be treated as specific planning permission for the purposes of section 264(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (cases in which land is to be treated as not being operational land).
