delete the following entries:—

• Pensions Appeal Tribunal for Scotland constituted under section 6 of, and the Schedule to, the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 1943^f3

• Financial Services Tribunal constituted under section 96 of the Financial Services Act 1986^f4
