Regulation 3 Reduction of Members' contributions

In section 3(2A)^f1of the 1972 Act (contibutions from Parliamentary remuneration) the word “and” at the end of paragraph (c) shall be deleted and for paragraph (d) there shall be substituted:

“(d)

in the case of a period beginning on or after 1st January 1987 and before 1st April 1992, nine per cent; and

(e)

in the case of a period beginning on or after 1st April 1992, six per cent.”
