In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Parsonages Measure 1938^f1, as amended by the Synodical Government Measure 1969^f2, the Patronage (Benefices) Measure 1986^f3, the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2000^f4 and the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2006^f5 the Church Commissioners hereby make the following Rules:
