Paragraph 4 Exemption for small farmersF1
(1)
Paragraph 3 does not apply to a farmer who is considered to be a small farmer for the purposes of F2section 9(10) of the Plant Varieties Act 1997.
(2)
It is for a farmer who claims to be a small farmer to prove that he is such a farmer.
