Paragraph 7 Information to be supplied by relevant rights holderF1

On the request of a farmer or a seed processor a relevant rights holder shall supply the following information—

(a)

his name and address; and

(b)

the amount of royalty charged for certified seed of the lowest certification category for seed containing that protected material.
