Article 16 (termination or review of the licence) is amended as follows.
(2)
In paragraph 2, for “through the intermediary of the Commission”, substitute “ by the Secretary of State ”.
(3)
In paragraph 3, omit—
(a)
“or any other body appointed by the Member State”; and
(b)
“or by another body appointed by the Member State,”.
