Article 16 (revocation of an extension of the duration) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1, for “Article 36 of Regulation (EC) No 1901/2006”, substitute “ regulation 58A(3) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 ”.
(3)
In paragraph 2, for “the body responsible under national law for the revocation of the corresponding basic patent”, substitute “ the comptroller or the court ”.
