Article 7 Citation, commencement and transitional

In rule 14 (mention of inventor under section 13)—

(a)

in subparagraph (a) of paragraph (1) for the word “he” substitute the words “any person”;

(b)

after paragraph (5), insert—

“(6)

This procedure shall not apply where the question of inventorship by the inventor or joint inventor is put in issue by a reference under section 8 or 37.”.
