The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 115(1) and 123(1) of the Patents Act 1977^f1,after consultation with the Council on Tribunals pursuant to section 10(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971^f2, hereby makes the following Rules:—
