The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 123 and 125A of the Patents Act 1977M1, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals pursuant to section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992M2, hereby makes the following Rules:—
