Article 16 Amendment of the Patents Rules 1995

After rule 112 there shall be inserted—

“Copies kept at the Patent Office

112A.

(1)

This rule applies where an applicant is not required to file a copy of an application at the Patent Office because that application or a copy of that application is already kept at the Patent Office.

(2)

Where this rule applies the comptroller shall make a copy (or further copy) of that application and certify it accordingly.”.
