Article 46 Registrations under section 33

(1)

An application to register, or to give notice to the comptroller of, any transaction, instrument or event to which section 33 applies shall be made on Patents Form 21/77.

(2)

Unless the comptroller otherwise directs, an application under paragraph (1) above shall be accompanied by—

(a)

a certified copy of any document which establishes the transaction, instrument or event; or

(b)

a certified copy of such extracts from such document as suffice to establish the transaction, instrument or event.
