Regulation 60 Information requirements for account information service providers
A registered account information service provider F1... must provide to the payment service user—
such information specified in Schedule 4 (prior general information for framework contracts) as is relevant to the service provided;
all charges payable by the payment service user to the account information service provider and, where applicable, a breakdown of those charges.
