Paragraph 9 Child Trust Funds Regulations 2004
In regulation 2(1)(c) of the Child Trust Funds Regulations 2004 (interpretation) M1, in the definition of “insolvency event” for “regulation 19(15) of the Payment Services Regulations 2009” substitute “ regulation 23(18) of the Payment Services Regulations 2017 ”.
