Coming into force 21st July 2014

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 121(5) and (9)(b), 315(2) and (5) and 318(1) of the Pensions Act 2004^f1.

In accordance with section 317(1) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted with such persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
