(1)

Schedule 3 makes minor and consequential amendments relating to this Part.

(2)

The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision that is consequential upon any provision of this Part.

(3)

Regulations under this section may amend, repeal or revoke any provision of—

(a)

an Act passed before or in the same session as this Act;

(b)

subordinate legislation (within the meaning of the Interpretation Act 1978) made before the passing of this Act.

(4)

Regulations under this section that contain provision mentioned in subsection (3)(a) are subject to affirmative resolution procedure.

(5)

Otherwise, regulations under this section are subject to negative resolution procedure.
