In section 73 (inspection of premises), subsection (2) is amended as follows.

Before paragraph (da) insert—

“(dza)

sections 28A to 28G of the Pensions Act 2008 (scale and asset allocation);”.

(3)

After paragraph (dc) insert—

“(dd)

any of the following provisions of the Pension Schemes Act 2026—

(i)

Chapters 1, 2, 4 and 6 of Part 2;

(ii)

Part 3;”.

(4)

In paragraph (e), for “(dc)” substitute “(dd)”.
