Article 1 Citation and commencement

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st June 2013.

(2)

Article 2 has effect in relation to any information notices given under Part 1 of Schedule 36 to the Finance Act 2008^f1 on or after the date on which this Order comes into force.

(3)

Article 3 has effect for the tax year 2012-13 and subsequent tax years.
