The Treasury make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 281(2A) and 282(A1) of the Finance Act 2004^f1, section 122(4) and (5) of the Finance Act 2008^f2 and section 96(5) and (6) of the Finance Act 2009^f3:
