In section 73B(2)(b)(ii) of the M1Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 (rent loan scheme), for “of the Social Security Act 1975” there is substituted “ given by the rules in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Pensions Act 1995) ”.
