In section 50 of the M1London Regional Transport Act 1984 (travel concessions), for subsection (7)(a) there is substituted—

“(a)

persons who have attained pensionable age (within the meaning given by the rules in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Pensions Act 1995)”.
