In Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (public authorities), in Part 6 insert at the appropriate place—

  • “The Pensions Regulator.”

  • “The Board of the Pension Protection Fund.”

  • “The Ombudsman for the Board of the Pension Protection Fund.”
