Paragraph 11 I1
(1)
The staff of the Board consists of—
(a)
the Chief Executive of the Board appointed under paragraph 12,
(b)
the other employees of the Board appointed under paragraph 13, and
(c)
any additional staff made available by the Secretary of State under paragraph 14.
(2)
No member of the Regulator, or of the Determinations Panel established by the Regulator under section 9, is eligible for appointment as a member of the staff of the Board.
