Article 23 Amendment of the Social Security (Notification of Change of Circumstances) Regulations 2001

After regulation 5(1ZB)(f) (change affecting other benefit payment or advantage) of the Social Security (Notification of Change of Circumstances) Regulations 2001f1 insert—

“(fa)

a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
