Article 27 Amendment of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 2005

In regulation 10(1A) (deductions from an award of a funeral payment) of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 2005f1, after sub-paragraph (v) insert—

“(va)

a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
