Article 38 Amendment of the Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations 2012
In regulation 44(1) (flat rate) of the Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations 2012f1—
(a)
at the end of sub-paragraph (g) omit “and”;
(b)
after sub-paragraph (h) insert—
“; and
(i)a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014.”.
