Article 16 Amendment of the Social Security (Claims and Information) Regulations 1999I1

In regulation 4(4) of the Social Security (Claims and Information) Regulations 1999 (additional functions of local authorities)^f1, after sub-paragraph (e) insert—

“(ea)

bereavement support payment under section 30 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
