Article 30 Amendment of the Social Security (Claims and Information) Regulations 2007I1

In regulation 1(3) of the Social Security (Claims and Information) Regulations 2007 (interpretation)^f1 in the definition of “specified benefit”, for paragraphs (b) and (c) substitute—

“(b)

bereavement support payment under section 30 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
