Article 41 Amendment of the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012I1

In paragraph 16(1)(j) of Schedule 1 to the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012 (meaning of ‘income’: pensioners)^f1, for sub-paragraph (xiii) substitute—

“(xiii)

bereavement support payment under section 30 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
