The Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation)f2, omit the definition of “bereavement allowance”.
(3)
In the Schedule (personal benefits which are required to be adjusted)f3 in paragraph 3 of column (1), omit “, bereavement allowance”.
