Paragraph 51 I1

In section 9 (interpretation), in the definition of “state pension lump sum” in subsection (2), before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za)

section 8 of the Pensions Act 2014 or under any corresponding provision under the law of Northern Ireland,”.
