Schedule 2 (certification regulations) is amended as follows.

Omit paragraphs 1 to 4.

In paragraph 5(3A), for “a contracted-out occupational pension scheme which is being wound up,” substitute “ a scheme which was a contracted-out occupational pension scheme and which was being wound up before the second abolition date ”.

Omit paragraphs 6 to 8.
