Section 9 Review of earnings trigger and qualifying earnings bandI1

In section 14 of the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (review of qualifying earnings band) and in the heading to that section after “review of” insert “ earnings trigger and ”.

For the italic heading before section 13 of the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 substitute— “ Qualifying earnings and earnings trigger ”.
