Section 46 Pensions Regulator's objectives

In Article 4(1) of the 2005 Order, after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

“(cza)

in relation to the exercise of its functions under Part 4 only, to minimise any adverse impact on the sustainable growth of an employer,”.
