Article 5 Amendment to the Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Rules 1981

Rule 3(1) shall be amended as follows—

(a)

the word “and” shall be deleted at the end of paragraph (a); and

(b)

after the word “lies” in paragraph (b) the full stop shall be omitted and there shall be inserted the following—

“; and

(c)

an appeal against a specified decision shall be brought by the person in respect of whose claim the Minister has made the decision.”
