The Lord President of the Court of Session, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 6 and 13 of, and paragraphs 5, 6 and 6A of the Schedule to, the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 1943(f1 and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(f2 hereby makes the following rules:
