Regulation 3

Paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) Regulations 1972^f1 (as substituted by Regulation 5(1)(c) of and Schedule 2 to the Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1974^f2 shall be amended by inserting before the last entry in the table the following entries:—

1.8.70	1.1.71	1.3694.
1.1.71	1.1.72	1.2733.

(2)

Any increase of pension payable by virtue of this Regulations shall take effect from 1st December 1973.
