A pension payable under—
(a)
Schedule 4 to the Administration of Justice Act 1973 in respect of service in the office of Lord of Appeal in Ordinary or Master of the Rolls; or
(b)
Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary or Master of the Rolls.
