Paragraph 3
A pension payable under—
(a)
Schedule 4 to the Administration of Justice Act 1973 in respect of service as a Judge of the Supreme Court in England and Wales other than the Master of the Rolls; or
(b)
Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person in which that person became or might have become eligible for a pension specified in sub-paragraph (a) above.
